Going through all the literature, the conceived key words which depict the mood and theme are #Enigmatic, #Unique, # Rebellious, #Energetic.
After the green flag from the stakeholders , I tried to stay true to the theme and the content. I tried to cast the mode and theme of each content without losing its essence. The focus and care given on each content so the theme compliments the content in its fell.
Approach is intentionally not - too direct, considering the type of the audience in mind. For a casual reader the design is - "ok , mm.. looks good", But for the minds who want to read between line it’s a treat.
Here are some of the pages I designed . These are my personal favourite, which I think I captured the mood and theme of the content perfectly. I will try to explain the design thinking process and why i did , what I did .
Darkness

Them i choose is monochromatic with splash of red. Audience should be able to feel the surrounding emptiness through the vail of pain. The images of room with the windows adds to these feeling ( photographs from Singh's 2015 book, Museum of Chance.). The lay out represents slices of boxes representing the caged feeling. The image "Crocodile Eating Ballerina" was a scene taken from Pina Bausch Ballet's performance, Die Keuschheitslegende (The Legend of Virginity), at Wuppertal theatre in 1983. This contribute to the - swallowed to darkens theme.

The image i found the internet depict the numbers arranged in a time loop arrangement adds to the theme of rational and human history which are the contents theme through the content.
The circular theme represents the completeness of life circle connected with science, mathematics and even like the planets and orbits with its precision.

This literature is an outcry from new Generations for the freedom, recognition of their voice, And their frustrations. In order to portray that, I decided to go with a vibrant colour. Which demonstrating the generation and taped out contents , which shows censorship . So I think it represents the mood and theme of the content perfectly. Images conveys, the frustrations, unheard voice which stuck inside suffocating.

Jojo rabbit was one of the movies I enjoyed as movie lover. So designing page for that movie review was engaging and fun for me. I wanted to showcase the heart warming scene in a engaging way. Colours and the images designed based on that direction in mind.

It defiantly should feel like ancient mut modern take. So the colour theme. It was very engaging and energetic but also rational. So the alignment was neat and systematic .Finding the relevant images also adds to the value of the content. Its even smells like math.

Another movie review. Anything related to the movie is my favourite. This title means my wife is my angle. so the angelical touch. The heading also represent the wings . In order to get a proper idea i watched the movie. I liked it but it was a bitt unpleasant like the movie intented,. I want to give the feel of the movie , so i tourn doem the saturation and gave a gray unpleasent wibe.. Taped content also addes to the meaning of the movie as wll as the litrature.

I decided to go with the imagery of the famous movie Salaam Bombay by Mira Nair. I don't know any other theme which best represent the topic other than that. adding powerful image fro m the movie and by using dull pink and blue colour pallet i tried to be honest to the literature.
