Who am I ?
I worked in construction industry as a civil site engineer , Collaborated with artists, designers, architects and engineer in various projects. Worked as UI/UX designer for clients and corporations most recently. I create art , I write stories and also have some acting experiences. So Who am I ? I would say I am sum of all of it. I am a designer , artist, writer and an engineer ( Civil engineer , to be specific ). I solve problems.
Education
I holds masters degree in experience deign from NIFT Kannur (2022)and Civil engineering degree from Vimal Jyothi engineering college(2014).
Experience
In 2014, I started my career as a site engineer for Jose and JJ Architects after completing my B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Vimal Jyothi Engineering College. During this time, I oversaw the construction of the Jubilee Complex Block at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, a five-story structure with a rainwater storage tank.
After a brief detour into acting, where I appeared in two short films, I realized my true passion lay in the construction industry. I joined Cactus Profiles Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi as a site engineer from August 2015 to November 2017. Here, I managed construction projects involving repurposing housing cabins used during the 2015 National Games for various institutions in Kerala.
Inspired to pursue a career in design, I made the courageous decision to leave Aiden Builders, the construction company I had started, and focus on problem-solving through design. I sought apprenticeships, collaborating with artists, architects, and artisans to learn various design skills, including fiber casting and clay modeling.
Recognizing the importance of formal education, I pursued a master's degree in design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Graduating in 2022, I secured a position as an associate UI/UX designer at Unthinkable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. through campus placement.
While working as a designer in a corporation for nine months, I gained invaluable knowledge and expertise. However, I felt the need to adapt to advancements in AI, AR, and VR technologies. With a desire for creative exploration, I resigned and embarked on freelance work and continuous self-education.
